Anyway, this week was harder for me on so many levels ---
- We had a very busy week scheduled with things to do away from home almost every day
- It was hard to get out of bed each morning when my alarm went off - I was in denial and ended up oversleeping most mornings
- Out of 7 days, I only got my exercise in on 5 of them
- I did not do as well drinking my water
- We had some opportunity to eat out, and I'm sure I ate too much
- This was the week leading up to "that time of the month", which is always bad for me - though I don't necessarily feel bloated, I know I am from previous times of trying to lose weight (which should mean next week will be better)
So, my goals for the week to come:
- Get back on track with my water
- Eat better
- Try to exercise at least 6 of the 7 days

Exercising 5 out of 7 days is nothing to sneeze at, Girlie! Sheesh! Be proud of yourself--that's a great accomplishment! I usually hit 5-6 days myself, so you're catchin' up to me! :)
PMS week is always rough for me, too. That's when temptation arrives in the form of sugar and massive carbs. (Slab of chocolate cake, anyone?)
Yes, something is always better than nothing. You'll see that scale move shortly, I'm sure! ;) Here's to next week!
Sounds like you did well! I do so much better when we do not eat out...and even better when someone else cooks. If I do not see food, I do not want it as badly:) Good on the exercise. Are you working out at a specific time? I haven't done that yet & I may need to.
Heidi, exercising 5 out of 7 days is great! I only exercised 1 day out of 7 this past week. Keep up the great work. And keep up the water, too. :)
Ha! My goal is to exercise at least four days a week! (we have a 4 day school week) You're doing GREAT!
Just don't go read my post if you're struggling with PMS. Yeah, that's my problem too and I couldn't resist sharing the recipe for PMS bars...not so sure how they fit in with the Fit Mommy bit. Except they knock that craving right out without too too many calories...
Five days of workouts? I used to be able to do that. I mean, I'm going to be doing that again soon.... :)
Considering my *goal* is to work out only *3* times a week, I'd say FIVE times a week is awesome! Good job!
I'm refusing to get on the scale this week. I just don't want to know as I don't think I can stand to see the same number again!
