What is your favorite time of year
to visit Disney and why?
I thought this was a timely topic since I’m
AT WALT DISNEY WORLD RESORT RIGHT NOW!!!
Truthfully, though, this is NOT my favorite time to visit.
It’s too hot in May.
But, when I have opportunity to go to the area on business, I’m not going to pass it up. I’ll take any excuse to get within a few miles of Mickey!
But, my real favorite time to visit the parks is
January, February, and/or March.
It’s sometimes warm, sometimes cold, but normally low on crowds during this time of year.

We've only ever been towards the end of March, but we love it! Both visits we had perfect weather (out of 14 days total, it only rained on us 1 afternoon for a few hours). The crowds aren't too terrible and we love looking at everything from the Flower and Garden Festival in Epcot!
Last time we went to Disney, we went the first week of December. We were told by many people it is a great time to go. Unfortunately, it was raining the entire time and very cold. My son ended up getting an ear infection and we almost ended up going to the hospital. We aren't going back in December again.
I think we want to try March next time we go down (as long as we don't hit spring break time).
January is our favorite time, low crowds and the holiday merchandise is still out..The decorations are still up to, it is so beautifully decorated. Thanks.
