Bacon Cheeseburger Roll-ups

*We had this one for lunch today and everyone said "this is good!" and that it was worth sharing with my blog readers. By now, I'm afraid that you're all thinking that, besides my potato soup, all my other recipes contain ground beef! LOL Well, we do use alot of ground beef~ we've gotten beef as a Christmas gift from my parents in the past; but I also love having ground beef on hand because it's so versatile in cooking. Anyway, I hope you enjoy this recipe as much as we did:

Ingredients:
1 lb. lean ground beef
4 slices bacon, chopped
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/2 lb. (8 oz) Velveeta (or your cheese of choice)
1 pkg. refrigerated pizza crust

Directions:
Preheat oven to 400 F. Cook ground beef, bacon, and onions in large skillet on medium-high heat until ground beef is evenly browned, stirring occasionally. Drain; return meat mixtureto skillet. Add cheese; cook until completely melted, stirring frequently. Remove from heat; set aside.
Unroll pizza dough onto baking sheet sprayed with cooking spray. Press into 15x8-inch rectangle. Top evenly with meat mixture. Roll up dough, starting at one of the long sides. Rearrange, if necessary, so roll is seam-side down on baking sheet.
Bake 20 to 25 minutes or until golden brown. Cut diagonally into 6 slices to serve. (Makes 6 servings~ 1 slice each)

*This recipe comes from the Food & Family magazine from Kraft. They recommend serving with your favorite burger condiments~ ketchup, mustard, pickles, tomotoe, and/or salsa. (Me, personally, I liked it better just plain!)
