Fit Mommy Friday (week 4)

I'm looking back at the goals I posted last week and I realize something - I'm a failure!  Ugh!  I didn't fulfill a single one of them (and there were only 3, and they were easy ones!)  I could make excuses - chalk it up to a bad (could be, by some standards) or busy (definitely was) week - but I won't.

There was one day when the Wii Fit told me that I lost 2 pounds - that was exciting news.  Might have been a fluke - but, you know what, I'm taking it!

Anyway, I'm going to resolve to do better this coming week!  I must, I must, I must.  (I don't want to disappoint my friend Denise!)

You never disappoint me, my dear. I adore you!! :) And you're not a failure. Everyone has a bad week here 'n there. Just dust yourself off, fire up that Wii Fit, and start again! :) You can do it!! Go, Heidi...go Heidi!! Rah, rah, rah! (See? I can be a cheerleader too! LOL) Love ya, girlie!

Just pick yourself up, dust yourself off and try again next week! At least you were on the Wii Fit long enough to know that it showed you lost two pounds (I'm assuming you did something more then hoping on to get weighed)! Make it phys. ed. with the children a couple afternoons a week! I know it is a busy time for you and you amaze me! You CAN do this!

Anytime I want to skip a work out, I think about Denise, too! :)
We all have off weeks. Thankfully each week is a new start! You can do it!
