Today is the 8 month anniversary of my friend Sue’s passing. Though not a day goes by when I don’t think of her and miss her, it’s worth mentioning that I’m extremely thankful for the things and people that God has been bringing into my life over the past 8 months. Nobody and nothing can replace Sue, but my life has been full of blessings and fun; and, in the midst of it all, I’ve made some new and special friends.

I love how much you loved her and I love hearing you talk about her! I hear you when you say that no one can replace her but it's also nice to know that God can bless us even in the pain, sometimes in unexpected ways.
Hope you have a great weekend!
And what a reunion it will be dear Heidi when you and Sue get to meet again!!~Missing those who are lost to us is such grief, but God continues to comfort.
Thanks so much for sharing and remembering your friend, Sue. Sending you a BIG HUG today and wishing you a wonderful day! HUGS!
Ah.
I agree with Carrie... I love when you post about Sue. You have given those of us who never had the privilege of meeting her a glimpse of the incredible woman/friend that she was.
Thanks for sharing this special friend with us. Praying for joy today!

Special people never leave our hearts, no matter how long they have been gone. We are blessed to ever have such people in our lives <3 And I love your blog background!
I'm so sorry for your loss, and so happy that you can continue remembering her! I have a few of those myself. :)
It's so hard to be left behind. I'm glad you share the way she touched your life. Now she's blessing all of us, too.
((hugging you)). It's hard to find good, true friends.
You're such a wonderful person, and I'm thankful I found your blog!
I'm just now sitting down to catch up on your blog today. I wish I would have known this earlier, but I know you think about Sue and miss her every day, but especially on days like this. Just know that you will see her again one day! And, you have so many people and friends here that love you!!! xo
