The Woodcarver DVD & Giveaway

I feel blessed to have the opportunity to share with you yet another family-friendly movie with a Christian message.  Kudos to the film companies that are stepping up to the plate and providing quality movies that Christian families can enjoy without feeling guilty!  The newest movie I’d like to share with you is The Woodcarver . . .
thewoodcarver_lgRestoring their faith in God and in Life

Matthew Stevenson is a troubled kid from a broken home. When he vandalizes the local church to get back at his parents, Matthew has to repair the damage to the church to avoid criminal charges. While working at the church, he meets Ernest (John Ratzenberger), an accomplished wood carver who created the intricate woodwork decoration that Matthew destroyed. Ernest has become something of a hermit, but reluctantly comes out of reclusion to help repair the church. Now Ernest and Matthew must work together to preserve the church's beautiful antiquity, and along the way, they also manage to restore their faith in God and in life.
Would I recommend this movie?  You bet?

This movie is subtitled WWJD2.  Have you seen WWJD starring John Schneider?  We have that movie too; and, personally, I think this one is better.  While that one seemed to jump around a good bit; The Woodcarver is more focus-based on one story, which I found easier to follow.

I think I did something wrong with the comments -- I think I posted it in the wrong spot.  Sorry!

I would love to win this. I love good, quality movies that my children can watch! There is so much garbage out on movies now-a-days and to find something good is wonderful!!! :o)
