Upside-Down Pizza Casserole

*This recipe is from my pastor's wife~ who I dearly love! She's such a wonderful homemaker~ I could only aspire to be 1/2 the woman she is!

Ingredients:
1 lb. ground beef (or turkey)
2 c. pizza sauce
1 pkg. (12 oz) Mozzarella cheese, shredded
1 c. flour
1 c. milk
2 lg. eggs

Directions:
Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
Lightly brown ground beef; drain. Add pizza sauce and bring to a boil. Pour into sprayed 9x13 cake pan or large casserole dish. Other pizza toppings may be added at this time, per your taste. Sprinkle with cheese over top.
Combine flour, milk, and eggs; mix well. Pour over cheese. Bake 25-30 minutes or until hot and bubbly.

Another easy recipe that kids can make.
This one was a big hit for my family~ a definite "keeper" they said.
