Disney Bakeries

Blogorail Orange Banner

Welcome to those of you joining me from Focused on the Magic
and those of you just hopping aboard.
I am the Final stop on our Magical Blogorail.

MomPicturesDays&5 057 (2)This month, we’re sharing our favorite Disney Bakery. This is a tough one to narrow down because we like different yummies at different places!

Ashley would say that the HUGE Cinnamon Rolls at Main Street Bakery are the best (I’d agree, but I have this thing about cinnamon – I used to love it, but now I have to eat in moderation because it really burns my mouth).

I think the Carrot Cake Cookies at Writer’s Stop in Hollywood Studios are delicious (and make a great breakfast if you get them to package them up for you – but they sure don’t look as yummy the 2nd day!)

Day2Mom 116The goodies at Karamel Kuche in the Germany Pavilion at Epcot are pretty good – but I’d actually prefer the caramel corn to the baked goods, quite honestly.

We love several of the goodies that we’ve tried at the bakery in the Norway pavilion also.

But, I’m going to go in a different direction here . . . and choose a resort bakery as my favorite . . .

MomPicturesDays&5 011The Riverside Mill Food Court Bakery at Port Orleans Riverside has Individual Apple Pies that are absolute yumminess! They don’t have too much cinnamon in them; so I can eat them without getting that yucky feeling in my mouth.  The crust is flaky and yummy and the apples are diced up really small and baked to perfection. We love grabbing a few of these in the evening when we get back to the resort, and then eating them for breakfast in our room as we hurriedly prepare for another long day in the parks!

What’s your favorite Disney Bakery (or Disney baked goodie)?

That sounds delicious! We really enjoyed all the food at Riverside and my husband's favorite dessert is apple pie. I'll have to add it to my list for next time. Good to know about the cinnamon, thanks!

I haven't been to that bakery in awhile, but I am putting it on my list for the next time I go to WDW!:)
